July 2001 - Dr. Dino Ferrante becomes full partner in Center for Colon & Digestive Disease, expanding the practice to seven specialists, the largest in North Alabama.The Center for Colon & Digestive Disease is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Dino Ferrante, M. D., as a full partner in its specialty practice of internal medicine and gastroenterology. The addition of Dr. Ferrante as the seventh partner makes CCDD the largest gastroenterology practice in North Alabama.Dr. Ferrante is a native of Michigan, but received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and Birmingham. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Alabama Hospital, followed by a fellowship at UAB Hospital. Dr. Ferrante began working with CCDD on a collaborative basis in August of 2001. We hope the Huntsville medical community and the community at large will join us in welcoming Dr. Ferrante and his family to our area.
